How to Submit Abstract

Please follow the instructions listed on this website step-by-step:

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English via the 9th KJMP website.
  • Authors may further edit and modify their abstracts until the submission deadlines.
  • It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure the accuracy of the abstract.
  • Tables and figures are permitted.
  • There will be no additional editing after the submission deadlines.
  • Presented abstracts will be published in the abstract book.
  • All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register online by the regular registration deadline.
  • Confirmation of abstract submission will be send to the submitter via e-mail.

Young Investigator Award Competition

  • Graduate students or postdoc scholars who have received their PhD degrees within recent 3 years are eligible and are highly encouraged to apply.
  • In the abstract submission page, please select the YIC in the presentation method, and upload your CV and supporting document.
  • Two YIC sessions, each of which is composed of up to ten oral presentations, will be held during the conference.
  • A panel of judges will score the oral presentations according to criteria that include scientific merit, originality, and organization of the material. The top presenters will be announced at the Awards Ceremony.

Abstract Preparation

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

  • Presenting author's contact details
    • - Email address
    • - Full postal address
    • - Daytime and evening phone number
  • Author and co-authors' details
    • - Full first and family name(s).
    • - Authors' names must be in upper and lower case (John B Smith).
    • - Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
  • Abstract title - Limited to 100 Character
  • Abstract text - Limited to 350 words, including acknowledgements.
    • We recommend using word-processing software (for example, Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words.
  • Abstracts must clearly state:

    • • Method or Case
    • • Results or Progress
    • • Conclusion or Discussion
